Mindfulness




Be here now, in the present moment. Notice your surroundings, your breath, even your heartbeat.  

Just be still and become aware of what's happening right now.  


Know that you can always handle the present moment.  Your response to what is happening in the present moment is the only thing you ever have control of.  You can not change the past. You can never get to the future. Worrying about it robs you of your joy and it doesn't solve anything.  Trust that you will handle the situation when it arrives.  Anxiety is caused by worrying about the future...the dreaded "what if".  The solution is to bring yourself back to the present moment.
